Residents’ Society (RESSOC)
The Shalom College Residents’ Society, RESSOC, is a group of dedicated residents elected annually by the student body to coordinate resident activities and events. Throughout the year RESSOC organises events such as snack, movie and games nights, sports and food activities, parties, competitions and excursions. RESSOC also coordinate a Shalom College team which compete in inter-college sports such as soccer, tennis, rugby, basketball, hockey, volleyball, tennis and netball. At the beginning of each trimester, RESSOC’s Orientation Week committee organises a program of events for current and new residents to help welcome them to college.
